Accessible Formats and Communication Supports
In accordance with the requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and its Regulations, upon request, TEMPUR SEALY CANADA will make reasonable efforts, in a timely manner, to provide accessible formats and communication supports in its feedback processes, in order to ensure that these processes are accessible to all persons with disabilities.
TEMPUR SEALY CANADA will also discuss with the requesting person, the suitability of a proposed accessible format or communication support that will allow the person to provide their feedback.
Such "accessible formats" may include, but are not limited to large print and braille for a person who is visually impaired, or exchanging written correspondence (e.g. via email or other electronic formats, or hard copy) for a person who is hearing impaired.
